Installation of the Standard trailer camshaft
Remove old camshaft
1. Disconnect the power and brake system: Make sure the trailer is powered off and disconnect the brake system to avoid accidents during installation.
2. Remove related parts: According to the instructions in the installation manual, remove the parts covering the camshaft, such as the hood, oil pan, etc. Be careful not to damage other parts during disassembly.
3. Remove old camshaft: Use special tools and follow the steps in the manual to remove the old camshaft. Note any special circumstances or precautions during disassembly for reference when installing the new camshaft.
Install the new camshaft
1. Clean and check the installation position: thoroughly clean the installation position of the camshaft and its surrounding components to ensure that there are no impurities and residues. Check that the size and shape of the installation position meet the requirements of the new camshaft.
2. Install the new camshaft: Align the new camshaft with the installation position and gently push it in using special tools. In the installation process, ensure that the camshaft and the surrounding components with appropriate clearance, no stuck or loose phenomenon.
3. Install bearings and seals: Install camshaft bearings and seals according to the instructions in the manual. Take care to apply the appropriate amount of lubricant to reduce friction and wear.

Inspection and testing
1. Check the installation quality: After the installation is completed, carefully check the installation quality of the camshaft to ensure that there is no omission and no error. Pay special attention to check the tightness of the seals and the tightness of the fasteners.
2. Test brake system: After confirming that the installation is correct, reconnect the brake system and test. During the test, pay attention to whether the braking performance returns to normal, and whether there is abnormal sound or leakage phenomenon.
