Introduction To Plate Springs (2)
Jan 02, 2024
The plate spring can be directly connected to the frame at both ends, or directly connected to one end, usually at the front end, with the other end connected by a hook and a short swing arm. The elasticity brings about a tendency for the blades to elongate during compression, making the elasticity softer. Some springs terminate at the concave end, known as the spoon end (rarely used), to support rotating components.
