2. What is your after-sales service and guarantee?

We promise that we will take responsibility for the following when a product is found to be defective

(1) Warranty for 3 months from the first day of receiving the goods.

(2) Replacement products will be sent with your next order of goods.

(3) Defective products can be returned if the customer so desires.

 

3. Do you accept ODM & OEM orders?

Yes, we provide ODM&OEM service for global customers, we are able to customize different styles of cases, and sizes of different brands, we can also customize the packaging boxes according to your requirements.

 

4. What is the order quantity?

A: MOQ for standard products is 50pcs; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

 

5. How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for sample order is 3-5 days, and for bulk order is 5-15 days.

 

6. Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we offer free samples to distributors and wholesalers, but the customer should bear the shipping cost. We do not provide free samples to end users.

 

7. How do I place an order?

(1) Email us the model number, brand and quantity, consignee information, shipping method and payment terms.

(2) Proforma invoice is made and sent to you.

(3) Confirm PI and complete payment.

(4) Confirm payment and arrange production.
