Change the precautions

Disassembly steps:

Lift the frame to unload, remove the lock nut and stop.

Use hydraulic tools to push out old pins and avoid violent knocks.

Clean the mounting holes and check for bushing wear.

Installation points:

Grease the new pin and ensure the bushing clearance (usually 0.1-0.3mm).

Tighten the nut according to the torque requirement (e.g. 200-300N·m) and lock the locking device.

After replacement, no load test is required to check whether the suspension movement is smooth.
