1. Spring axle seat
For leaf spring suspension, the top is curved groove to match the spring shape, and is fixed by U-bolt.
Subtype:
Overload Axle Seat: The spring is located above the axle for greater load bearing.
Underhung Axle Seat: The spring is under the axle, reducing the height of the chassis.
2. Air suspension axle seat
Designed for air bags with mounting brackets and air bag interfaces for high-end commercial trailers.

Material:
High strength steel: Commonly found in heavy trailers, strong impact resistance (such as Q345B or ASTM A572).
Cast iron: Used for low cost light trailers, but brittle.
Aluminum alloy: Lightweight design, suitable for RV or racing trailer.
Process:

Function
1.Support function:

2.Damping:
