Chemical Trailer

A chemical trailer is a special vehicle specially used to transport chemicals. They are often used by professional companies or government agencies to ensure the safety and compliance of chemicals during transportation.

Chemical trucks are mainly used to load and unload corrosive and dangerous media such as acids, alkalis, and salts. Chemical liquid transport truck tanks include all-plastic tanks and carbon steel-lined plastic tanks. The partition is braced by two inclined plane structures to ensure that it remains stationary during transportation. The accessories are fixed with corrosion-resistant bolts and sealed with rubber gaskets. The tank body adopts advanced butt welding technology, and high-pressure gas leak testing is performed after the tank body is formed, so that the tank body has the characteristics of high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe and stable vehicle transportation.

Depending on the materials transported, chemical trucks commonly use stainless steel tanks, Yu steel tanks, aluminum tanks, carbon steel tanks, steel-lined plastic (or rubber) tanks and plastic tanks. The tank body is formed using advanced CNC automatic longitudinal welding technology and head arc butt welding technology, as well as integral steel-plastic composite one-time forming technology. The cross-sectional shapes of the tank are round, oval, and square. Optional insulation layers, heating tubes, and other insulation heating devices are available; the chemical vehicle is equipped with active safety and passive safety emergency protection devices, providing fully enclosed remote material loading and unloading control functions. Suitable for transporting light fuel oil, heavy oil, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, benzene, edible oil, etc. Gear pumps, chemical pumps, self-priming (centrifugal) pumps, heavy oil pumps, and stainless steel pumps are optional. The design can adopt the functions of pumping in and out and passing the meter, pumping in and pumping out but not exceeding the meter, gravity flowing through the meter, and gravity flowing not flowing beyond the meter, etc. One to three self-flow valves can be installed at the rear or side of the tanker truck according to usage requirements. Single-count and double-count return-to-zero flow meters are optional for measurement. Other configurations can be selected according to user needs

Production process:
