According to the different suspension forms, the front suspension can be classified as:

Leaf spring type hanger

It is connected to both ends of the leaf spring through lifting lugs (or fixed brackets), featuring a simple structure and low cost, and is commonly used in heavy-duty trailers.

It needs to be used in conjunction with accessories such as U-bolts and bushings.

Air suspension hanger

With airbags and guide arms, the load-bearing is more uniform and the shock absorption effect is better. It is mostly used for the transportation of high-end or precision goods.

Torque shaft hanger

The suspension function is achieved through torsion beams, with a compact structure and suitable for light trailers.

 

 

Main structure: It is usually cast or welded from high-strength steel (such as Q345 or alloy steel), and needs to be fatigue-resistant and impact-resistant.

Key components:

Lugs/brackets: Used to fix springs or airbags.

Bushing/rubber pad: Reduces friction between metals and lowers noise.

Pins/bolts: They need to be hardened to prevent wear.

Anti-corrosion treatment: Surface galvanization, plastic spraying or anti-rust paint application to adapt to harsh environments.

 

 

Installation requirements:

Ensure that the hanger is centered with the frame and the front axle to avoid uneven loading.

The fastening bolts should be tightened in accordance with the torque standard and checked regularly to prevent loosening.

Common faults:

The bushing is worn (causing abnormal noise or inaccurate positioning).

Metal fatigue cracks (regular flaw detection inspection is required).

The bolts are loose or rusted.

Maintenance suggestions:

Check the condition of the hangers and lubricate the pins and bushings every 10,000 kilometers.
