Working principle of the clutch
The working principle of the clutch is to use a pressure plate to compress the clutch plate, so that it is separated from the rotating flywheel, thus cutting off the engine power output while cutting off the power transmitted to the transmission. When the clutch is in the combined state, the pedal of the clutch is in the highest position, and there is no contact between the disengaging lever and the disengaging bearing in the clutch, and the clutch pressure disc compels the driven disc, thereby transmitting power to the transmission. In the separation state, the clutch pedal is pressed down, the gap between the separation lever and the separation bearing is eliminated, the pressure disc and the separation lever move downward under pressure, resulting in the pressure on both sides of the driven disc reduced and disappeared, unable to transmit power to the transmission, that is, the clutch separation state.
